Keystone Home Loan Program
Home purchase loans with affordable, attractive terms are available to qualifying homebuyers throughout the commonwealth under PHFA’s Keystone Home Loan Program. Buyers also save on fees, including a 25 percent discount on title insurance in most cases, upon request. Both new and existing homes are eligible for Agency financing.
Keystone Home Loan PLUS Program
The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency has developed a program specifically designed to make owning a first home in Commonwealth more affordable for persons with modest income and limited assets. The Keystone Home Loan PLUS Program provides affordable financing, those who meet certain eligibility requirements. Buyers also save on fees, including a 25% discount on title insurance in most cases, upon request.
- Terms: 30-year fixed-rate mortgage loans.
- Conventional, FHA, VA, and Rural Housing Service loans available.
- Low (in some cases, no) downpayment, depending on loan type.
